Our Editor-in-Chief Anita Zaror reporting live from Hua Hin during the launch of “Dine Along the Beach.”
Five of Hua Hin’s leading international resorts—Hyatt Regency Hua Hin & THE BARAI, InterContinental Hua Hin Resort, Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa, Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin, and Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa—came together to create an innovative beachfront dining experience. During a four-hour journey through Hua Hin’s soft white sand, guests can have two appetizers, two main courses, and one dessert—all paired with Monsoon Valley Thai wines—in each one of these hotels, for a fixed price.
The new “Dine Along the Beach” experience is a creative culinary journey along the coast which was launched on June 1, and it will take place every first Thursday of the month from 5 p.m. onwards, until September 2017.
During the evening, diners make their way along the beach, from resort to resort, covering a total of around four kilometers on an enjoyable quest to go from dish to dish. The menu will change every month, but this is an example of the five-course dinner that was offered on its inaugural evening:
