    The St. Regis Bangkok launches tempting line-up of evening culinary excellence at VIU Restaurant to delight discerning diners all week long

    Bangkok, Thailand, 28 November 2016 – The St. Regis Bangkok continues to delight discerning diners, with the launch of their latest culinary masterpiece collection of themed evening dining, at VIU Restaurant. With something for everyone, there is never an evening lull at VIU.

    The latest collection presents a refined and tempting array of cuisines, menus and buffets, to ensure guests immediately desire to return for more. From land and sea,Chef Richard - Photo local and imported ingredients and flavours, VIU has excelled itself with this composed and creative launch of delectable dining events, six days a week.

    On Monday evenings, from 6.00pm-9.00pm, experience sumptuous Singapore crab, prepared in a variety of ways by native Singaporean Chef de Cuisine Cassidy Shen, including the famous Chilli Crab, at THB1,850++/person, with the optional four-beer pail at THB400++. Fear not of getting your hands a little dirty!

    Tuesday nights at VIU offer a unique opportunity to compose your own personlised set menu, with à la carte made easy, from 6.00pm-10.00pm. At THB1,250++/person for two courses or THB1,550++/person for three courses, define your set menu from the extensive around-the-world options, regardless of individual pricing. Remember, there is always room for dessert…

    Land and sea’s finest blend in perfect harmony, on Wednesdays, with a reprise on Saturdays by popular demand. Surf & Turf nights propose the freshest seafood and premium Australiansteaks, including crisp Caesar salad and soup. At THB1,900++/person, from 6.00pm-9.00pm, one certainly can have it all.

    VIU’s Thursday evening Thai Street Food Buffet is a gourmet take on favourite local street flavours and flair. At THB 1,450++/person, with free-flow selected Thai beverages, graze your way through a display of creative and traditional savoury and sweet treats Thailand is famed for, from 6.00pm-10.00pm.

    The end of the working week, Friday nights deserve something unique: Let’s Meat! from 6.00pm-10.00pm. Experience an unlimited, mouthwatering selection of tender imported, premium meats, sizzling to order, with an impressive array of sauces and accompaniments.
