What: At a sleepy farming village in Dan Sai, villagers dressed up as masked spirits and ghost as they parade through the streets. The festival, also known as the Ghost Mask Festival, is thought to help bring in rain for the good harvesting set for every first weekend after the sixth full moon and also celebrate the return of the Buddha during his resurrection. Parading from 2114 highway road down toward Wat Pon Chai, this three-day festival is one of the liveliest festivals in the kingdom.
