Osha, the renowned Thai restaurant based from San Francisco introduced a The Passion set with Sanpellegrino Collaboration to keep the love for food alive. Chef Purida Theerapong, who has experience of over 15 years in Australia, took inspiration from Thai culinary art and expresses them through the details of every dish.
Eat: Fresh vegetables are Thais favorite side dish that is simple and uninteresting but placing it on a mashed vegetable sauce and fresh herbs creates a whole different dining experience. The courses include a starter of Poached ‘Fine De Claire’ Oyster, followed by Trio of Appetizers – Squid and Salted Egg Aioli, Sliced Hokkaido Scallop in Gac Dressing and Flowery Fresh Spring Roll with Prawns. Mixed Seafood Spicy Broth to refresh the taste buds. Main course is the Lamb Cutler with Aromatic Thai Herbs Crust with the finest technique and execution. Best kind of East meets West plate. The passion continues with the dessert of homemade strawberry ice cream with mixes of chili and salt called Strawberry Sweet Kiss.
