Taste of Good France
What: Restaurants around the world will celebrate France’s gastronomy, “Goût de France/Good France” again and this year, Red Sky Restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld is one of 1,300 top restaurants from around the world that will join the event. Each chef will offer a French-style menu in their own culinary traditions and cultures; you will experience many original recipes. For the special occasion, Chef de cuisine Hugo Coudurier he has been selected to participate in this event by preparing a 5-course menu. This project is organized in cooperation with The French Embassy Bangkok and Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Center at CentralWorld.
