World-famous mixologist Luca Cinalli made his first visit to Bangkok recently, in connection with the “Bacardi True Rum Night # 3” organized by Bacardi (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The Italian mixologist whipped up three amazing premium rum concoctions at Smith Restaurant and Bar. Cinnalli, who is also former co-founder and bar manager of London’s acclaimed Nightjar Bar opened another bar recently, called Oriole, which is now regarded as one of London newest “must-try” trendy place for cocktail lovers. He has trained bartenders around the world such as in Bali, Jakarta, Singapore, Moscow, Taiwan, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Italy, Greece, Belgium, Czech Republic, Mexico, Peru, and more. The three premium rum cocktails he created in Bangkok included “Alcazar,” “Road To Hanoi,” and “Zapotec,” which are mixtures of Londoners’ favorite drinks and Thai-style drinks, connecting his past experiences with ingredients like herbs, mushroom, and sake.
