More places to enjoy the famous classic drinks of whisky, wine, and beer are coming up as Whisgars line up more exciting projects.

After celebrating their one-year anniversary last month, Whisgars has unveiled more exciting projects for food and cocktails enthusiasts. These include two new restaurants with offical openings yet to be announced. Now already with four branches–three in Bangkok and one in Samui–the Whisgars experience satisfies all from ladies with class, gentlemen with taste to hardcore drinkers looking for good times. Separated bars are run by the same brand, each providing distinctive style and functionality.Whisgars itself is a Whisky and Cigar room where cocktails are served by a mixologist who is able to mix up drinks for your right kind of thirst. Smoking is allowed in the bar, but for some reasons, the smell does not exasperate non-smokers. Instead it reminds us of the good ol’ days of enjoying classic premium, hand-rolled cigar seated in well-furnished leather couch. The temperature of the well-secluded cigar room handles cigar with care and one can buy and store their cigars at Whisgars to avoid quality damage in the transportation.
CRAFT – Craft Beer Bar next to Whisgars makes drinking and finding quality beer less complicated than it used to be. Craft Beer offers more than enough quality beer through different sources of ingredients, flavors and percentage of alcohol from different well-known countries for beer products. Unlike the cozy, business savvy Whisgars bar, CRAFT bar is outdoorsy, relaxing, and warm, perfect for a beer garden setting. And after work, you can come and enjoy New York-style burgers, fries, and snacks.
Located at the corner of the busy Surasak and Silom road, the view at the bar is as exciting as watching your favorite nighttime series.
Another fun nightlife experience is offered at Minus 13 Ice Lounge, which takes winter to this tropical land. Here, we suggest visitors to do some advance preparation as the ice bar is freezing cold at -13 Celsius. Although thick fur coats are provided, your knees and feet might not be. Warm up with a special shot promotion to warm your body and fight the temperature that promises to be a worthwhile experience, even if giving up on the cold seems reasonable. Also, you cannot miss sitting on the live-size ice “Tuk Tuk” and taking pictures with it.
The latest project of Whisgars is a new restaurant, Kitchen 23. Still in its soft opening, it boasts menus featuring different cocktail, wine and liquor pairings by a talented executive chef.
Promotional nights at Whisgars is a full scheduled calendar every month. Activities that are enjoyable for all and special Monday and Thursday nights for the ladies – Lipstick Society and Little Black Dress. House DJs include a very international mixture from “The Voice Thailand” contestant, Petite, Yokohama native, Columbian, and more.
A variety of options in finding the right style for your night out is available at Whisgars, ranging from an adventurous one to a completely chilling vibe.
A birdie told me that there will be a New Yorker Steakhouse opening soon as well as Whisgars for overseas. 2016 is looking pretty good!
