Seabass caught in the Gulf of Thailand is one of the favorite fish dishes of the Kingdom, where it is known as ‘pla kapong’ and a creative seabass menu is being served from now till March 31, 2016 at Elements Restaurant, in Sheraton Pattaya Resort.
Amongst the dishes being served against a perfect backdrop of Pattaya Bay are seabass carpaccio with soy ginger and palm-heart pickle, roasted seabass with root vegetables, seared seabass salad with sun-dried tomatoes, seabass bouillabaisse, and stir-fried seabass with garlic and black bean sauce.
