Michelin-starred chef Henrik Yde Andersen of Kiin Kiin, Copenhagen in Denmark, was recently in Bangkok to launch his latest cookbook ‘Kiin Kiin Modern Thai Cooking’, a comprehensive cookbook published in celebration of Kiin Kiin’s ten year anniversary. The launch was held at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, where he is a co-founder and consulting chef.
The cookbook is priced at THB 3,000 (inclusive of government tax) and is available for viewing and purchase at the restaurant.
