Phuket – Andaman Grill at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa introduced a new culinary journey of French cuisine last January with the Internationally-acclaimed celebrity Chef Eddy Leung from Hong Kong, who will provide the finest of his creations and use his skill to present signature gourmet food, bringing the amazing flavors of French cuisine to the isle of Phuket.
With over 25 years of experience, Chef Eddy Leung is respected amongst the Hong Kong food scene, owning three restaurants which includes Chef Studio by Eddy, G7 Private Dining and Lobster Bobo by Eddy. The award-winning Chef he has become well known for his artisanal abilities in the world of French cuisine, making various television appearances and has written his own cookbook ‘Cooking with Passion’, which raised money for charity.
After the official launch on the night of 28 January, JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa will continue to offer the special menu at Andaman Grill for one-week-only. The restaurant will be serving chef Eddy’s hand selected set menus as well as a la carte offerings. The recommended dishes include 48 C slow cook salmon confit, champagne crème, salmon caviar, 12-hour braised beef cheek, sous vide beef tenderloin, port wine jus; Char grill tiger prawns with garlic & pecan nut butter sauce just to name a few. The delectable 5-course dinner is available from 28 January – 3 February 2016. Priced at THB 3,800++ or THB 3,500++ per person. The Andaman Grill is open for dinner from 6 to 10.30 pm.
