Delectable new dishes at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin

Michelin-starred chef Henrik Yde Andersen introduces his latest creations in signature dinner set.

Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, the award-winning modern Thai fine-dining restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Henrik Yde Andersen, unveils its latest innovative Thai dishes on ‘The Journey’ set menu – available exclusively for dinner from 1 February 2016.

The new dishes include Tom Yam Soup DIY Noodles (spicy lemongrass soup served with homemade crispy prawn crackling and tofu noodle); Larb Ped (salad with snowballs and spicy duck marinade); Hor Mok Talay (spicy red curry flan served with crabmeat or spicy green frothy curry served with salted codfish); Nua Priew Wan (sweet-and-sour sweetbreads); beef with homemade oyster sauce; and Lodchong (pandan noodles served in coconut soup).

Following the same concept as its sister restaurant Kiin Kiin in Copenhagen, Denmark, which has been awarded one Michelin star since 2008, Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin incorporates the art of Western cooking techniques into age-old local recipes to produce a unique Thai-inspired modern concept. The familiar flavours of original Thai dishes are maintained within beautifully composed culinary presentations.

Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin is open daily for lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 with a three-course set lunch priced at THB 1,350++ per person and a four-course set lunch priced at THB 1,500++ per person. Dinner operates from 18:00 to 24:00 (last order at 21:00). The new signature set menu ‘The Journey’ is exclusively available for dinner and is priced attractively at THB 2,900++ per person (food only). A la carte offerings, as well as wine pairing options, are available at lunch and dinner.

The menus are reviewed and updated regularly by Chef Henrik Yde Andersen, who frequently visits the restaurant.
