    JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa’s Kabuki Japanese Cuisine Theatre rolls back the most elaborate and well-known weekly Japanese Sunday Brunch in Phuket with the official launch kicking off from Sunday 13th December onwards.

    The Kabuki Japanese Cuisine Theatre presents the drama of Japanese cuisine with a sense of theater, in a fun dining experience that unfolds in an upscale yet affordable environment.

    The popular Sunday affair, often referred to as one of the Phuket Island’s best, is known for its lavish and modern Japanese cuisine, with 3 distinctive Live Teppanyaki stations, delectable sushi, sashimi and drink bars are awaits you.

    JW Marriott Phuket - Kabuki 2The Japanese brunch menu, including highlights such as Butterfly roll – a spicy Hamachi mixed with cucumber, Gobo topped with Unagi snow crab and Kabayaki sauce; Green spider roll – a deep fried soft shell crab combined with asparagus, cucumber topped with avocado and Unagi sauce and spicy mayonnaise; Sashimi selections are Akami tuna, salmon, red snapper, octopus, Japanese king fish and fresh oyster. The 3 exquisite Teppanyaki combinations are prepared to perfection by skillful chefs who display their art from behind a large show counter for all to see, cook-to-order with a line up of the finest meat choices from Tenderloin, striploin, Lamp cutlet, chicken, beef to Kurobuta as well as a Seafood station where guests will enjoy Salmon, Tuna, Seabass, squid, prawn, scallop and soft shell crab. A must try dish is the Tonkutsu – deep fried pork cutlet at the Tempura station. For desserts, guests may indulge in blissfully treats ranging from sweet and fruity Sushi to a luscious chocolate fountain, orange Yuzu cheese cake, coconut custard cake just to name a few.

    The Kabuki’s Japanese Sunday Brunch is available every Sunday from Noon to 3 pm. Priced at THB 2,000++ per person including food and free flow of soft drinks, 50% off for children aged from 7 -12 years old. Additionally, a special beverage package is also available at THB 1,100++ per person. Guests joining for our event may take an advantage of complementary use of leisure facilities including swimming pools and Kid’s pavilion during the day.
