This showpiece, Chinese restaurant offers delicious and delectable ocean-friendly seafood menus, handpicked by Chef Leung Shing Hoi to promote sustainable living for the future. A couple of must-try signature dishes are the wok fried organic king tiger prawn with Hong Kong tomato sauce and the braised black cod fillet and eggplant with x.o sauce in clay pot.
