TRIA launches a new detox-cuisine that aims to promote health and beauty from the inside out!
Looking to revive yourself from within while increasing energy and well-being, then this one’s for you: TRIA-a health retreat center offering a holistic approach to health and well-being-presents for the first time in Thailand, its “5-Star Detox Program.” Especially designed by TRIA’s medical and health experts to promote health and beauty from the inside out, the program comprises of five steps of detoxification: chelation, liver detox, colon detox, integrative beauty, and mind detox.
The “5-Star Detox Program” starts with a detox drink workshop, specifically with the Yellow Zinc and Green Hornet, which are highly nutritious beverages that everyone can enjoy.
Green Hornet rids the body of toxins and returns it to a healthy balance. A smoothie and sweet-smelling detox drink rich in Vitamin C and anti-oxidant, it prevents precipitate of toxins in the blood vessels and lessens the risk of cancer.
Yellow Zinc prevents the digestive system from having a breakdown and aids in digestion. Yellow Zinc is a semi-fervid scent of ginger root knob and freshly squeezed lemon in pineapple juice, with abundant quantities of special compounds known as “Bromelian enzyme” found in pineapple. This enhances sexual performance in males and guards against prostate cancer. Ginger spikes our metabolism and flushes out waste spikes.
The program continues with other highly nutritious and uniquely beneficial detox-cuisine prescribed by TRIA’s nutritionists, such as warm baby carrot salad with parsley coulis. Carotenoid in carrot will help the liver to rid itself of harmful toxins. Baby carrots are three times richer in Vitamin C than regular carrot. Green parsley leaves don’t just make the plate look great; they also boast plenty of beta-carotene and vitamins (A, C, and K) to protect our kidneys and bladder. Vitamin C helps us to remove waste from our bodies while beta-carotene improves liver performance.
Baked miso salmon served with shitake mushroom and Brussel sprouts is another famous main course on the TRIA detox menu. This is rich in Omega 3, ALA, and DHA — all good lipid for humans. Fish oil lowers inflammation (inflammation causes chronic diseases) and also supports the production of healthy cholesterol. Calcium, phosphorus, and tartaric acid from Brussel sprout combats cancer in men. The antioxidant in Brussel sprouts helps your liver process toxins. This menu contains Lentinan from shitake mushroom to stimulate our body’s immunity.
Last but not least is the spiced pineapple glazed with cinnamon fromage frais. This tropical delight contains Bromelain, a digestive enzyme that helps cleanse our colon and improve digestion. This enzyme also helps recover the after work-out energy that raises testosterone in males.Lavishing yogurt sauce with cinnamon rev our metabolism up and with cinnamon makes everything taste better, plus it’s full of iron, calcium, and manganese. The World’s Healthiest Foods points out that manganese is great for the body’s ability to process fatty acids and keep blood sugar levels stable.
Detoxification is the process of eliminating toxic substances from our body so we can look as good as we feel. Detoxing with a whole body cleanse, such as what the “5-Star Program’ offers, can definitely enhance our internal systems.
