    An incredible two nights of culinary bliss with 2-Michelin Star chef, Alexandre Couillon, await foodies this month.     On Oct. 3 (at VIE Hotel Bangkok) and Oct. 5 (V Villas Hua Hin), Chef Alexandre will serve an irresistible signature 6-course seafood dinner, which will include his famous homemade seaweed bread using the natural sea salt of Noirmoutier Island, a complimentary gift of this perfect salt for spa, and an array of never seen before delights, fabulous desserts, and the impeccable signature seafood dishes that have earned his worldwide recognition.

    The dinner is priced at Bt7,000 net (food only) and Bt9,000 net (food and selected wine pairing). A special villa package is also available at the V Villas Hua Hin in conjunction with the promotion.

    KiSara: ‘Gourmet Japan Festival’
    Japan Gourmet Festival Chef IInoueConrad Bangkok will be holding a ‘Gourmet Japan Festival’ on Oct. 8-16 with visiting guest chef Masami Inoue top billing the event at the KiSara Japanese Restaurant. Trained as a teppanyaki master for 15 years, Master Chef Inoue has worked for such hotels and restaurants as The Royal Garden Hong Kong, Ritz Carlton Tokyo, and the one-star Michelin restaurant, Lariboire in France. Inoue will showcase her unique signature dishes including inspirational masterpieces such as Asian herb infused foie gras mousse, teppanyaki Kobe beef sirloin with red wine and green pepper sauce, teppanyaki king crab and mushrooms with crab sauce, and more. The opening ceremony will be held Oct. 8, from 7 p.m. onwards, where Inoue will serve a special dinner set. Special lunch sets and signature teppanyaki dishes will be served on subsequent days and guests can participate in her teppanyaki cooking class.
