Royal Cliff’s Frescobaldi Wine Dinner declared “deVine”Royal Cliff Hotels Group’s deVine Club organized “The Frescobaldi Wine Dinner,” in the “The Royal Cliff’s Wine Event of the Year” style. The Royal Cliff crafted an evening filled with delectable wonders, the most notable being the privilege to share the company of the Marchese Lamberto de Frescobaldi who flew in just for the occasion.

Vision & Tradition: 700 year of Winemaking set the tone for main dinner event. deVine Club members were treated to an unforgettable evening of fine wine and epicurean delights such as Chestnut filled cappellacci on pumpkin sauce and Poached Maine lobster tail with crab meat and salsa verde served with Bianca Balsamico flavored frisee salad. Each course was expertly paired with a Frescobaldi selection, approved by the Marchese himself.

“This wine dinner was a true pleasure. The Royal Cliff is honored to have welcomed and shared an evening with this extraordinary gentleman and his family’s time-honored winemaking traditions,” said Royal Cliff Hotels Group’s general manager and deVine Club’s acting-president Christoph Voegeli.

deVine Wine Club was launched in April 2001 as the visible face of the resort’s enthusiasm for promoting wines and hosting wine-related events. It has enjoyed tremendous success from its very first function. For more information e-mail Voegeli at wineclub@royalcliff.com // visit www.royalcliff.com
